The way we tend to our mothering, caregiving and grieving bodies ripples out; impacts generations.
As a person who has occupied complicated and complex spaces since childhood, I know first-hand what it is like to question everything. I was only 8 years old when I experienced my first substantial loss. But, it wasn’t until I became a mother, caregiver, and birth worker that I recognized how unhealed grief shaped my body, mind, and life.
This “noticing” sent me on the journey of a lifetime: to find out what sustains us when we are presented with experiences that take the wind from our lungs and/or sweep the ground from beneath our feet. Dedicated and immersed in this soul work, it is my greatest honor and privelege to offer the medicine of being witnessed and seen to mothers, parents, caregivers (of all kinds) and grievers with the goal of intergenerational impact.
